[Known]Miles Shepherd and Eris dialog bugs

Title: Miles Shepherd and Eris dialog bugs

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Blocker? no

Details: Both of these NPCs in the Crypt of the Avatar do not have any dialog response to "Spite" - yet they mention it, and tell you to go there? Miles also has no response to "guide" - which he tells you will be needed nor his "report" - which he's telling you to find and give to Eris?
