    Title: Minor glitch in LB cloak "special effect"

    Details:
    - One of my characters proudly wears Lord British's cloak;
    Today as he was leaving the Oracle building, I saw some object seem to fall and hit him. He flinched and took a small amount of damage from it - ha ha! :)
    - Unfortunately, what had happened did not show up in my chat log. Aww.
    Steps to Reproduce: Wear a LB Cloak.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16299
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.522.Date.12.16.16
