    The recipe for Mounted Pacu is missing - not on vendor, and unable to discover the recipe.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Unable to find Mounted Pacu recipe on vendor
    2) Attempt to craft Mounted Pacu - unable to do so through discovery
