[Known] Mobs randomly freezing before bouncing back to spawn point

    Title: Mobs freezing before bouncing back to spawn point

    Details: Enemies are randomly freezing, sometimes if an enemy is pulled to it's tether length it freezes in place starts to heal and then after a few seconds runs back to it's spawn point in "fast forward". Other times it will freeze then resume fighting.

    Steps to Reproduce: Pull the mob while fighting by kiting away from the spawn location for an extended distance. See attached brief video of two random encounters (one Bandit and another Skeletons). Reproduced this four times out of four random encounters.
