[Known]Mouse pointer resets to bottom left corner during login and its state forgotten btwn scenes

    1. Title: Mouse pointer resets to bottom left corner during login and its state forgotten between scenes
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No, but it is an annoying regression.
    4. Details: The mouse pointer's behaviour has regressed to R35 behaviour, it was fixed in initial version of this QA I believe.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Normal use of client. Easiest to notice is during startup, where ever your mouse pointer is located at some point it is rest to bottom left of the screen so you have to move it up and right to click "Play"
    6. User Specs: damnit, why can't we register this in our profile so I don't have to type it every time (only if it is different to normal) :) Linux 64 bit, AMD RX 480, 8GB RAM

    Bug submitted. ID.38467 Appears to only happen when you login now. (QA431) After choosing Resume at about the 50% mark it jumps. Between scenes it stays where you leave it.
