[Known] Movement fizzle increase is inconsistent

    There is an increased fizzle change on Air's embrace when moving, but not on strength of earth or enlightenment, yet they are all buffs of the same tier.

    Coulda swore this was intended. Certain trees, meant for the heavy armor guys, have different fizzle rates. Have for a long time.

    Anything on the right side of the magic tree (Life, Earth, Water) and the two neutral trees (Sun, Moon) have different fizzle rates, moving or otherwise.
    Its not about the tier theyre in, its the tree theyre in. :D
