[Known]Movement on entrance to instance

    Title: Movement on entrance to instance
    Reproduction Rate: When ever traveling to a new place, by scroll, overworld, boat, ladder.....
    Have noticed this with several client/avatars.
    Blocker? Movement is delayed when entering - at least more than before.
    Details: The 'invulnerable' thing is going on, but I used to be able to move while that was happening.
    Even going to the overworld, pressing "W" takes more time to react.
    "+" has always been delayed, however this is more than it used to be.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter any instance.

    Thanks for reporting! Pretty sure this was caused by recent changes to loading time to support VFX/animations used for Lunar Rifts. Seems the time is also added to mundane travelling.

    It's been bad for a while. What really bugs me is that sometimes in certain areas, I'm able to move for about half a second before the freeze begins. It's like at some point they had some reason to stop people from moving to avoid problems, and it's been forgotten.

    It does feel longer now, It used to be like 2-3 seconds, and it now feels like 3-4 seconds. That may not seem like much, but being stuck there for so long is a real pain. It seems like a reasonable explanation that this comes from rift VFX (which is now longer) that was mistakenly applied to normal scene entry.

    Especially if you are entering just as another avatar is being killed at the entrance resurrection point. Suddenly you are surrounded, and cannot run away.
