I am not completely positive this is the reason, but after trying out various emotes my character all of a sudden was walking instead of running. I tried hitting the default / key to switch back to run without any effect. logging out and back in seem to reset.

I am able to replicate this. I WAS in a party if that matters.

    Title: Moving slow after emotes
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2
    Blocker?
Details: Using an emote make the character stay stuck in walk mode. Even using the default / to toggle run does nothing. Character will stay walking. Zoning out of an area fixes this.
Steps to Reproduce: Select another character, do the /drink emote. Your character will now be stuck walking. Pressing the default / key does not toggle run. And I checked to make sure it was still mapped to the / key. I also was in a party if that matters.

Thanks for the report! It seems like this is tied to the /drink emote, and possibly consuming alcoholic beverages. If you can reproduce this with an emote not related to /drink or /toast, let me know! Bug added number 63081.
