[Known]Multi-Shot broken

    Title: Multi-Shot broken.
    Reproduction Rate: Unsure.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Multi-Shot only seems to hit one target and only one arrow now.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use Multi-Shot on a group of mobs.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.483.Date.04.19.17
    Area: Novia_R2_Hills01_CragFoothills
    Area Display Name: Crag Foothills
    Loc: (-94.5, 56.5, 52.7)

    Unable to hit anything with Multi-Shot. Always gives the "You used Multi-Shot but hit nothing!" message.
