[Known] Multiple Banners of Compassion

    1. Title: Multiple Banners of Compassion
    2. Reproduction Rate: Once
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When speaking with Harley Redwool to complete Lareley's Sketchbook quest, I was able to give him the book and receive the banner. After ending the conversation, he waved at me with the blue sparkle as if I still had a quest with him. To be sure, I spoke with him again and clicked through his hyperlinked words to not only get a 2nd banner of compassion, but I was able to pickup a new instance of the quest (I am attempting to complete it now to see if it will award me a 3rd banner, but the doors to the Epitaph are bugged shut. I submitted this bug separately.)
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Speak with Harley after completing Banner of Compassion quest
    6. User Specs: Release day.

    Update: Able to pickup sketchbook again, but cannot turn in. I am simply thanked for finding the book from the first time. Now I have the quest "bugged" in my quest log since I cannot complete it again.
