[Known] Multisecond total client hang when talking to/leaving NPC's.

Title: Multisecond total client hang when talking to/leaving NPC's.

Details:I think it's the "We check your logbook for errors" check, but could be wrong.

Whatever the case, I'm getting multi second, like up to 5 seconds, of everything on screen stopping every time I talk to an NPC or say goodbye.
Steps to Reproduce:Talk to an NPC or say goodbye after talking to them.
User Specs:

So I don't know if it's related or known as well, but I'm also getting some pretty bad multi second hitching just running around Ardoris. It was smooth as butter last release.
