[Known]Navy Airship Upper Deck problems

Title: Very hard to reach top floor of Star Citizen Airship City Home, Stairs are not functioning.
Reproduction Rate: 100% Reproduced in 43 QA
Blocker?

Details:
(1) When trying to walk up the stairs to the top of the airship, the avatar gets blocked from moving forward, especially at the top step. Jumping does not help at all. I have to go back and forth many times to eventually get past the steps.
(2) Rugs disappear when placed on top deck.
