[Known] Nearby players list - corrupted?

    Title: Nearby players list - corrupted?
    Reproduction Rate: untested
    Blocker? no
    Details: A bunch of people on my nearby players list were showing as similar to: <?LEDZEPP Missing Display Name?>. I seem to have also experienced a network disconnection icon (along with others in the zone, at this time. I was seeing at least 1 avatar as a ghost, who was not actually dead ..
    Steps to Reproduce: Unknown
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12) System RAM: 32678
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8096

    Let me know if you see a pattern for this please. I could not repro. I do think it is network connection related, however. That is the only time I have seen this.

    @Lexie Will do - no pattern so far.. it was just that one time, and everyone in the area was getting the network-disconnect icon.
