Title: Neck Tooltip Does Not Show Side-by-Side of Currently Equipped Item

Details: When you hover over an equipable item, it will show you a side-by-side of that item with your currently equipped item for that slot. However, if you hover over a neck item, like a necklace, it will not show you your currently equipped item for comparison.
Steps to Reproduce: Wear a neck item on your character, and some other equipable item. Find a vendor or look in an inventory that contains a neck item, as well as an item for the slot of your other equipped item. When you hover over the other item, you'll see your current item in the side-by-side. Do the same for the neck item on the vendor or in an inventory, and see that it does not show the side-by-side.
