    4. Steps to Reproduce:load in to scene and its still there up in the air over street infront of my home.

    location, its still there lol so has to be bugged. Area: Brittany Estates (Novia_R3_City_Brittany_Estates) Loc: (140.3, 52.0, 50.3), this is just underneath it.
