[Known] No cool down for potion use

    I tested this with only regular focus and health potions.

    Using the potions on the non combat bar gives a cool down for each potion use.

    Using the same potions straight out of the inventory does not have a cool down.

    As soon as the potion vial smashing emote is done I could use another potion instantly.

    A guildy did the same with imbued potions.
