[Known] No harvesting SFX after first mining attempt

    Title: No further sound effects after harvesting first ore vein
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: If entering a scene the first attempt of harvesting ore is like always, but all further harvesting has no sound effects anymore. Re-entering the scene fixes it for just the next first attempt.
