[Known] no longer able to place deco on/around fountain

    no longer able to place deco on/around fountain

    Details:
    I have a large fountain on my lot. I used to be able to place deco items on and in it, such as roses, candles, etc. However, i can no longer do this.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    place a large fountain on your property. try to place a rose around the edge, or a candle or coin in the water.
