    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. disable "use inventory list mode"
    2. attempt to repair an equipped tool
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.453.Date.02.10.17
