    1. Title:Non PVP players, 5 Stacking skills on Red Players, for first hit advantage.
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?No
    4. Details:It pretty much ruins PvP. I haven't abused this advantage but I feel like its being used on me and I have to use it to be competitive with unsaid first hitters.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:5 Stack a skill on a player, inciate combat and do damage, flags the blue player to pvp mode while getting first hit.

    Yep, I totally agree, you should not be able to flag off a flagged person while unflagged, this gives extreme advantage to the unflagged person.
