Title: none of the pot vendors will stay in the stables
Reproduction Rate: 100% on qa, it's been an intermittant thing after moving pot deco occassionally on live, but this is worse

Details:
five vendors, each set in a barn stall with a bench. i recalled home and they're all standing outside the walls of the barn, except for the magic merchant who's in the little attached shack to the south. if i reset their placements, they immediately head for the nearest wall and try to walk through it.
