[Known]North Drachvald Spur: NPC's open gate, but it still blocks you

After zoning into North Drachvald Spur, i was fighting the first two bandits before the log gate to their little camp. A wandering pair of NPC's that were on the other side of the gate (inside their camp), walked up to the gate and opened it and then kept partrolling inside their camp. Gate is located at Area: North Drachvald Spur (Novia_R5_Hills02_Road) Loc: (-123.7, 60.3, -83.4)

After i killed the two bandits, i tried to walk through the open gate, but i could not pass. It was as if the gate was still closed. When I hovered my mouse over where the gate had been when it had been closed, I got the green cursor and tool tip to click to open, which i did and i was able to pass through it.
