[Known] Not getting interrupted

    Title: Not getting interrupted
    Reproduction Rate: at will
    Blocker? No
    Details: Getting trounced by wolves does not prevent me from casting long spells (in R35 it totally does).
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast long spells while getting trounced by wolves
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32706
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti GPU RAM: 3038
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.413.Date.11.08.16
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5
    Area Display Name: Deep Ravenswood

    I don't see any hits on you for more than 30-40 points or so, @Balec Fares deCani. This is likely in line with the new calculations that take max hit points into account when figuring interruption chance. Are you experiencing this when fighting mobs that hit harder?

    There was actually a known issue with the code as a result of the recent changes that made it very difficult for anything to interrupt mid-cast. Chris is adjusting that now, and an upcoming patch should see much more predictable interrupting behaviors. Thanks for reporting.
