[Known] Not granted the Tear of Sorrow

    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?N
    4. Details:When talking to the oracle servitor in Sequanna Collosus it says I already have a reagent suitable for powering a dread artifact. The oracle has decreed that there can only be one. I used the one I had and do not have one.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Use words of power to activate Heart of Sorrow, use up reagent, talk to the oracle servitor.

    Update:

    Tried the Elixir of Dread resupply and it worked. Still not working for Tear of Sorrow.
