[Known] NPC names not appearing

    Title: NPC names not appearing
    Reproduction Rate: ?
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Some NPC names/titles do not appear. In the screenshot below, note how Stanley's name does not appear (I'm standing right next to him) but other NPCs names do. I've noticed this in R47 too.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".

    I noticed this as well in highvale outskirts but only for the npc's I hadn't spoken with yet. Didn't check other scenes.
