[Known] Number keys do not activate hotbar glyphs when auto hidden.

    1. Title: Number keys do not activate hotbar glyphs when auto hidden.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details: When the hotbar auto hides the number keys do not activate the corresponding glyph, is this by design?
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Set the hotbar to auto hide, wait for it to do so then press a number to activate a glyph.
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 8093
