[Known] NYC Meetup cloak wrong colors when hanging

    Title: NYC Meetup cloak wrong colors when hanging
    Reproduction Rate: 100
    Blocker? no
    Details: When equipped the cloak is the proper orange with blue trim. When hanging it turns black with gray trim
    Steps to Reproduce: wear then hang up
