[Known]Obsidian Cloak has clothe sim disabled explicitly

    Title: Obsidian Cloak has clothe sim disabled explicitly
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (tried on 2 machines)
    Blocker? No
    Details: The new obsidian cloak from the bundle doesn't seem to have clothes sim enabled regardless of my game option.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put the cloak on and observe the clothes sim not working.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz (4) System RAM: 8113
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family GPU RAM: 1136
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.522.Date.12.16.16
    Area: POT_tropicalisland_metropolis_01_template/Thapae Mizellmist
    Area Display Name: Thapae Mizellmist
    Loc: (24.7, 89.0, -23.0)
