[Known] Offhand Defense Raises Parry, Not Resist

    Title: Offhand Defense Raises Parry, Not Resist
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: The description of offhand defense says it increases resist. But the effect listed below in the tooltip is that it increases parry. Not sure which it is supposed to be.
