[Known]Officer functions do not work until game restart

    Title: Officer functions do not work until game restart
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: After being promoted to officer, I could not invite anyone nor edit guild description. Changing scenes did not help. Restarting the game allowed me to use officer functions and invite others.
    Steps to Reproduce: Promote someone to officer have them see if they can invite others to guild
