[Known] Online Vendor Sales no longer in chatlog

I may be a release late on this, but the Sales/Order Filled messages from player vendors now no longer appears in chatlog with any combination of filters. This was probably an oversight when moving things to the new mail system.

Not only was this an integral form of recordkeeping, it allowed the ability to catch people as they were buying to inform them of other opportunities or if there was a better purchase for them than what they were doing (1 bulk buy vs several small, for instance).

The new mail system, while great, has no way of easily dumping to chatlog, and therefore requires a lot of manual work to transcribe sales esp since they can't be stored long term.

Alternatively, if "realism" is the argument for this, you shouldn't be informed of mail updates until you get to a town.

Fix Suggestions:
1. Dump mail to chatlog when opened/taken
OR
2. Restore the chatlog message on vendor sales.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be online while someone is buying.
2. Get a mail notice instantly, but no indication of what.
3. Realize you now have to manually type out each vendor sale and weep softly.

Vendor item sold (<location>): <item name>
Vendor item sold (<location>): <item name> x<quantity>
Vendor order fulfilled (<location>): <item name>
Vendor order fulfilled (<location>): <item name> x<quantity>
