[Known]Opening any window causes camera to spin around

    Title: Opening any window causes camera to spin around.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: This is a really long standing issue that already has a bug entry (#37427) but it's gotten worse. As a really crappy work-around, the cursor was centered anytime the right mouse button was pressed (which caused other problems). This work-around is no longer present. Please consider a real fix for this issue as it's my #1 problem.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".

    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.472.Date.03.21.17

    I was working on this yesterday and some of my experiments leaked into QA. I "think" I have the issue narrowed down and hope to have a fix in the next few days (no promises though).

    It's getting there (build 474). The camera no longer spins around and the cursor isn't centered but my cursor still becomes visible and mouse sensitivity greatly increases (which causes my camera to become largely uncontrollable).

    @Undone
    If I press the right mouse button and move the mouse up or down, quite often the camera will initially move on the wrong direction for some amount before moving in the correct direction.
