Title:Oracle Quest Tasks Missing

Blocker? Unsure. If the missing tasks don't properly clear when the pages are found, it could affect the Oracle quest.
Details: The issue reported on R42 live is still around in R43 QA. The pages for Kas and Britanny are still missing from the active tasks. Those two and the Epitaph are missing from the Knowledge Journal section.

I see where the Brittany, Kas and the Epitaph pages were added to the Knowledge Journal.
