    Title: Oracle (mostly) no longer moves mouth / no sfx also?

    Details: Noticing the oracle in the confirmatory no longer moves her mouth or has SFX for it? (sometimes her mouth will move quickly, in a flash)
    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to the oracle at a confirmatory
