[Known]Over Encumbered Notification

    Title: Over encumbered Notification

    Reproduction Rate: ?%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No (Updated: YES)

    Details: When starting up the game, a “You are Encumbered! Click to learn more. <dismiss>” tip appears. Issue is: Player is holding 205.7 stones of inventory with a maximum of 470.

    UPDATE: I also can't use recall scrolls because of this.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Install software for SOTA QA

    b. Log in the for the first time

    c. Observe if this happens to you.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 509.
