[Known] Overly Zealous "Dash" animations

    Title: Overly Zealous "Dash" animations
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When casting Dash the animation is neat, but the effect lasts the entire length of time the buff is up and feels like you're a super-hero rather than the avatar. I think an initial effect on cast is nice - but one that ends in a couple of seconds.

    @Lord Andernut @Lexie I kinda like the effect personally, and think it's intended? Are the effects for death shield, shield of crystal, etc - going to go away after a few seconds also?

    It's fun but when you have about 100% uptime on dash like I do it will feel more like City of Heroes than a Shroud of the Avatar. My thinking was that it was unintended.
