[Known] Painting Cannot be Placed on Wall

    Title: Painting Cannot be Placed on Wall

    Details:
    When trying to place a painting on the central wall above the piano in my Wood & Plaster Four-Story (Row), the painting acts like the wall is not there and tries to place on the far outside wall.
    I had bugged this last release as well. The previous bug report is here:

    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place a painting on the wall above the piano.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6084
