[Known] Patch 737 - Spellbinder's Stance Not Giving Increasing Spell Critical Chance

    Title: Patch 737 - Spellbinder's Stance Not Giving Increasing Spell Critical Chance
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Before Patch 737, Spellbinder's Stance gave a spell critical chance bonus which increases over time. Now it doesn't. The tooltip still says that it gives an "increased spell critical hit chance." I don't believe this is a Focus Specialization issue since the tooltip says that it "gives a small combat focus regen buff."
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Spellbinder's Stance, place cursor over the icon.
