[Known] people get stuck on this stairs

    Title: Getting stuck at this location
    Reproduction Rate: Not sure happened to myself a few time and another.
    Blocker? No but requires / stuck command as logging out does not fix.
    Details: Running up or down sometimes gets people stuck here.
    Steps to Reproduce: Run up and down hugging the wall.
