[Known] Perfectus Mori: devotionals not working

    Title: Perfectus Mori: devotionals not working
    Reproduction Rate: 3/3 visits since yesterday
    Blocker? no
    Details: devotionals in Perfectus Mori will not give you their effect
    Steps to Reproduce: enter Perfectus Mori, turn around 180, go to devotionals, stand in devotional water, devotional buff effect does not get applied to character

    Fully quit and restarted game, still no difference. Note that NPC town devotionals have been working just fine.

    I could repro. Yet I can get these same devotionals to work in other PoTs (and non-NPC towns, as you also observed.)

    Same problem in the town of Goldfield....reported by multiple residents. 100% reproducible (see below)

    Also removed devotional to inventory, re-placed devotional in different location, left scene / re-entered, waited for several minutes to ensure scene load....still same problem.
