[Known] Pet whistles cannot be repaired in the field

    I was out in the field and tried to use a blacksmithing repair kit on my pet whistle. It refused to function however I could repair it at a table. Appears to be a bug as everything else (besides artifacts,of course) can be repaired normally with kits in the field
