Title: Pets placed inside house move outside when zoning out of PRT
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: I have a Viking Two-Story Stronghold (Village) house in the PRT Nesokia. I have two pets that I place on the second floor of the house. Whenever I zone out of Nesokia and zone back in one or both of the pets are now outside of the house. I've tried setting both pets to Patrol and Stay neither of which resolve the issue.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Place pets on floor of house; 2. Zone out of housing area; 3. Zone back into housing area

I have the same problem in my POT. NPC characters that I place inside my NPC buildings seem to escape to just outside those buildings. NPCs placed outdoors seem to be okay.
