[Known] pinned window behavior discrepancy

    Title: pinned window behavior discrepancy

    Details:

    if i pin my chat window and then close it with the x, it closes and unpins the window. when i reopen it, the pin is horizontal.

    if i pin my social window and then close it with the x, it only closes the window. when i reopen it, the pin is vertical.

    not sure which is desired and have not tested the whole list of windows.

    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.17 ManjaroLinux 17.1.11 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4) System RAM: 15993
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.Linux.64.819.Date.08.01.18
    Area: Novia

    Windows are intended to unpin when you close them. Any that do not have a bug.
