Title: Placement issue, town lot, Estgard.

Details: Unable to place items along the south edge of the south east corner of my town lot in Estgard. Pictures included below.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to place deco on south east corner.
User Specs:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4060

This is the closest I can get to the southern border in the south east corner of my lot.


This should be be able to place.


This is to show an elevation in the land behind my lot, I believe it bleeds over into my lot causing the issue.
