[Known] Planting Problems in the Ornate Shogun Crafting Pavilion

When placing any planting containers inside the new Ornate Shogun Crafting Pavilion, the message "Growth Rate x0.1" appears above the container. The problem with not being able to place interior decorations in the OSCP may be related. But this seems to be the OPPOSITE problem, treating the beds as if they were placed inside a house or basement. For comparison, the Elven Tree town home does have "Growth Rate x1.0" for planting beds on the open deck floor.

Also, I am unable to place any planting beds anywhere on the second floor of the OSCP, including small, medium, and large beds. Planting pots and barrels seem to place just fine (albeit with a x0.1 growing rate). The beds are placeable on the first and third floors (also with a x0.1 growing rate). I don't have pictures to post right now, but I can get them if necessary.
