Title: /play cannot handle filenames with caps in linux
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
Details: even if i use caps in the chatbox, it passes it to the system in lower case and gives a file not found

    Steps to Reproduce:

    /playlist

    -------------------
    Song List
    -------------------
    U4Castles.abc
    -------------------

    /play U4Castles

The song "u4castles" was not found.

(note i gave it caps, it returned lower case)

/me goes into system and changes filename

    /play u4castles

Alley Oop started playing "A Castles (0:46) - Converted by sotamuseum.com".
