And as you can see in the photo below the leak often seems to aim right for my head! There is also something sticking down through the floor:

@Bom Unfortunately, the rain coming through the house issue is something we still haven't resolved. We are working on making houses water-proof as quickly as we can.

For the last screenshot, could you tell me which floor of the house that is?

 

@Serafina It is the very top floor of the home. In the first picture he is standing on a catwalk above a grand ballroom with a single door leading to a smaller room. The last picture is inside that room looking out the window.
