[Known] Player owned vendor is selling quest items, is this supposed to be allowed?

    Title: Player owned vendor is selling quest items, is this supposed to be allowed?

    Details: A vendor in brit central has some keys for sale and they are yellow like quest items. Is this allowed.

    They technically should not have been yellow. The quest flags on these have been removed, but it seems to have kept the yellow on accident.
    Bug #: 51262 created for that
    All of these are fine to trade...
