[Known]Playing the accordion with a pipe equipped

    4. Details: See Picture. Attempting to play the accordion with the pipe equipped causes the accordion to be upside-down and imbedded into avatar.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: equip accordion and pipe. /play

    Same issue when using other instruments. Having pipe equipped then attempting to /play results in a strange animation

    Hello; I know this has been submitted, but I did find another error;

    With a cane equipped, if you do not first do a /play to visually equip the accordion, the cane remains. The accordion graphics work fine, but the left hand remains holding the cane.

    Picture is with me just using command /play <song>
