    The recipe "Poison Potion, Festering" produces the potion "Poison Potion, Festering Death".

    The names should be consistent.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Craft the recipe "Poison Potion, Festering"
    2) Observe that the resulting potion is "Poison Potion, Festering Death"
